The concept of Sanjha manch
Sajha manch is a creative practice that helps in enabling youth's inherent capabilities i.e. far away from gender, caste, religion & other social barriers. This program for youth cognitive development was first started in Karawara village, situated in Udaipur district of Rajasthan. The core principle behind this Manch is to disclose youth's problem, their complicated & sensitive issue that creates hindrance in their path of development. If is a deliberative process which provides space & a new horizon for community vise a vise social development. Earlier the work was focused on communal & cartelism issues because of these sensitive social evil limits youths space & diverted their mind towards self-centrism. The manch facilitated various space activities like friendship cup, peace Cricket that makes true example for communal harmony. These processes are helpful in opening the gate of social & political arena for emerging youth. Youths are the real wealth of nation and their capability enhancement needs urgent attention for any development agenda & we are working for the same.
Vision:-
1. Sajha manch provides a wide platform for youths to discover their Dreams of Life. The matter or issues are discussed in groups, so that everyone can take active participation in discussion
2. The manch has a vision to build a kind of society in which youth would become responsible and energetic toward their duty & functioning.
Aims:-
1. To facilitate a deliberative process on the issues of caste, religion, gender.
2. To develop relative and practice view in youth behavior.
3. To the generate livelihood assets at local level.
4 To develop the leadership values in youths at political, social & community level.
5 To develop critical conscience towards sensitive matters like communal disputes, regionalism & social discrimination
6. To co-ordinate with Panchayats on the issues of education, health, water, sanitation &NAREGA.
1. To build groups of youths and children in order to enrich their intern.
2. Common groups discussion on several social issue so that Citizens would knowledge about the current social phenomena.
3. To facilitates activities like film session, world map, collective readings etc.
4. To exposure visit to co-relate youths with outer world.
5. Building of community media group.
6. Publication of magazines & papers on community problems.
7. To build a healthy environment of group activities and training program like computer education, Library science etc.
8. To organize program like children fair and youth day.
9. Co-relate the youth with Panchauat functioning and rural governances
we are creating in youth to understand and respect other cast and religion
throw different activity like here we organized a metrii cricket game among all the religion in our panchayat december 2009
